Non-smoking inside or outside on grounds, no drugs or excessive drinking.
Your private bedroom has wall-to-wall carpet, a walk-in closet (double bi-fold doors), one large window (no view), no private entrance but entry is secluded at the rear of the building, use of porch for relaxing, the property offers WiFi internet that is active for streaming tv services (43” flat screen tv in living room), gaming, computer, etc. Includes 24/7 use of the community gym that is next to unit inside the leasing building with key fob access. Central heat and air, controlled in-unit, usually kept around 72-74 degrees. Guests are okay, permitted they are respectful of the property and roommate situation, no loud noise, smoking or use of drugs. No pets. Single occupancy only.
Resident does have a small senior short-haired chihuahua that has open run of the Flat except for your private bedroom, he would be kenneled when appropriate. A high quality HEPA air purifier that covers the entire Flat, for any allergens, etc.
