I am looking for a new roommate to share a house in Elkridge. One bedroom is available in a two bedroom house. Your share of the rent would be $1000/month and I would need $488 for heating oil already in tank upon move-in or shortly after. You need to be responsible and have a job. Basically I'm looking for a good person and a decent roommate. References needed.

Utilities typically run around $200 a month. Heating oil is pricey, but only 2 or 3 times a year. There are widow unit air conditioners. Driveway parking. The house is furnished, but the bedroom is not. If you have some furniture you want to move in we can probably find the room. Males preferred. The main bathroom would be shared. There is a half-bath in the basement and another detached shower too that nobody uses but works. You would just have to clean it up a little. Laundry is in the basement.
