(Funeral for late wife a week earlier.)
I'm looking for a similarly positioned male (or maybe female) to be not only a tenant, but a companion and to share some cooking and household chores.
Absolutely no smoking or drugs, no pets, nor visitors at any time. Only light and infrequent drinking, if at all. Park off to the side of my driveway.
Rent usually $550 monthly; accepting $100 less for an "unusual circumstance." (Will explain upon contact and some conversation)
