I'm looking to rent out the 3rd floor (two rooms, ~450 Sqft) in my townhouse a block away from the avenue in Hampden. I'm very flexible with lease term and pets. Looking to get $1100/month which includes all utilities and internet. I've included pictures of the rooms first, and can furnish them or remove the furniture there if need be.

I'm a working professional that splits time between Baltimore/DC, and the second roommate works in Gambrills and is very rarely home. The former third roommate bought her own place, so I'm looking to fill her spot. I do have a friendly long-hair dog who currently lives in the house, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies.

The house itself is ~2200 sqft and has a large living room/kitchen, dishwasher, central AC, washer/dryer, small backyard, and a large unfinished basement for storage. The kitchen equipment is shared and very high end. The deck has a charcoal smoker, grill, and pizza oven that can be used as well. There is also a large garage that is being set up as a workshop with a CNC machine, 3d printer, welder, jacks, hand tools, etc. that could also be shared if you have previous fabrication experience. The house has 1.5 bathrooms in total (shared) and street parking is fairly easy to find. The space is available staring Feb 1st and I'm happy to give video/in person tours and answer any questions! I'm fairly quick to reply to emails so please don't hesitate to reach out!
