ISO roommate for my cute house in the Waverly area. 2 beds 2 baths with small back and front yards that I’m hoping to make into great gathering places! The house is about 2 blocks from the Saturday market, Red Emma’s, Pete’s grill, etc., and within walking distance of grocery stores and ACE hardware. I’m currently upgrading the kitchen and downstairs bathroom, so the space is temporarily a little chaotic, but it’s going to be beautiful!

I’m a clean and pretty quiet person, and I love making art and having friends over for chill activities and movie nights. I’m also queer and my home is queer/trans/BIPOC friendly, so if you’re not into that you can move along!

I’d prefer to live with a stable woman or afab roommate above the age of 26, but if we get along super well, I’ll consider anyone. I do also have a dog, so unfortunately I can’t welcome other pets into the house.

Rent is $750 plus utilities
