This home is less than 5 minutes away from: LA Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Merrit Gym, Sprouts, Harris Teeter, Panda Express, Wawa, Johns Hopkins Bayview Campus, and Canton Square. 895/95 is also less than a minute away.

Plenty of street-parking in the neighborhood. There is also a 2-car garage with a 2-car parking pad!
Room #1 Available : includes private full bathroom, private balcony, lots of closet space, this room is on its own floor (19'-0" x 11'-10")- $1100.
Room #2 Occupied: tons of natural light, decent closet space (9'-6" x 10") - $800
Room #3 Available now: tons of natural light, decent closet space (9'-6" x 10") - $800

Requirements:
