I'm looking for a short term roommate to share my gorgeous home with. The term will be on a month to month basis.
About my home:
Two bedroom duplex. With large open kitchen and beautifully decorated living and dining areas. Finished basement. Large back yard and deck off the kitchen area.
My home is fully furnished including the room for rent. I have a well trained small/medium sized dog. (20lbs and hypoallergenic)
Roommate will have a private bedroom and a private bathroom, but other areas are shared spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen etc.)
**Rent is $ 975 and partial Utilities are included**
Who I'm looking for:
Someone who is friendly and respectful.
Someone who is extremely neat and clean. Non smoker. Professional. You must have proof of income and be able to pay rent on time and pay a full month security deposit.
Someone who prefers quiet.
Must be dog friendly.
About me:
I am a professional woman who works a lot. I like a peaceful home and I love playing music. I generally don’t have company over unless it’s family a few times a year or a very close friend occasionally. I was born and raised in the West Indies. I love God and I am an active member of my church. I wake up early, I like to work out, read, watch movies sometimes. I like being outdoors as well. I travel a few times a year and LOVE my dog! I am super neat and clean. People often say my home is like a museum. lol.
I prefer a short term roommate , but if we get along great I am open to a longer term situation.
