I am looking for a roommate to share this lovely 2bed1.5bath condo in North Baltimore near Waldorf school/Cylburn arboretum (proximity of Coldspring/Roland park/Mt.Washington neighborhoods) with plenty of nature trails all around and water streams to hike to, starting 1/21/26 or later. Bmore’s best kept scenic secret! Surrounding community space so welcoming to the nature enthusiasts and historic Ruscombe mansion few yards away from home. You will be sharing the space with queer owner (pronouns she/her) for about 2+ weeks every month on avearge. parking is plenty within community and plenty of storage space, 5-10 minutes drive to Towson Univ, John Hopkins, Loyola, Notre Dame, Inner harbor, Fells-point, Hampden, Downtown/mount-Vernon, hunt valley - indeed a perfect northern locale between b’more city and b’more county. 10-15 minutes walk to lightrail via jones falls trail (best part of the trail is in this neighborhood) and bus stop is within a minute. Place is well furnished but have room to accommodate tenant’s as well or can be completely cleared to house their own. The house has a beautiful patio balcony space with garden, marigolds blooming year around and greenery abound.

I am seeking prospective roommates to keep living spaces clean as practical, common areas general cleanup as needed on a mutual basis, openly communicative of their needs, expectations and changes if any needed to accommodate in this beautiful space and have quite sleep hours in the night (not a night owl ☺️). I also ask prospective roommates to commit to planned stay periods.
