This is a really nice larger room with a chill and caring landlord/owner...me ;)
The price listed is for a single person in their own room with shared common space!
Utilities that include WiFi and everything are set at a $95 per person per month, making total rent $790.
There is also a 1mos. security deposit but we can have that conversation if you need to split it up.
You will get excellent room/House with central heat, central a/c, good Wifi, unfurnished (but I can partner with you to furnish if that helps:), plenty of cabinet and fridge space, with well vetted and checked out roommates so that you can feel comfortable with who you are staying with!
This is a quite nice 4 bedroom house. Your bedroom, is a big room 10x16 (see all the pictures-3 windows :). Shower and bathing is shared in the upstairs bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms total for 4 people.
This house has a really cute kitchen, dining room, and finished basement. I make a modest living by providing excellent care and oversight to 6 properties, and I never forget who the customer is, YOU :)

If you are looking for a landlord who has an excellent reputation with his tenants and has been at this for 15 years, a quiet place, that is clean and well run then you’ve come to the right place!
This is not a place for lots of company, minimal sleepovers, not really doing the boyfriend/girlfriend sleepover thing to any degree, no loud TV, no loud phone calls, big radio, etc.
We are doing everything we can to make this home your refuge where you can rest in peace after a long day’s work as needed :)
