Tenants have access to a fenced in yard on the same block by reservation to host outdoor activities free where there is access to hose water and electricity.
Tenants have free access to a car lift by appointment only on the same block so you can do your own oil changes some tools will be available for free use. If you dont know how to do an oil change you will be taught for free, or you can pay $20 for it to be done for you as long as you provide your own oil and filter.
