Hope you are well! I am a private landlord with a smaller but cute bedroom with a walk-in closet and only 1 other male renter in the house. This is just a two bedroom house. Yours would be small-ish but just fine and it has a walk-in closet to give you some more space! And the other tenant never has company which means this will be a quiet peaceful place for you to come home from work and enjoy! Also, you will have an excellent owner/landlord, that's me.
