$575 per month includes utilities, shared kitchen and bath, private bedroom with 55" TV, DVD player, microwave, and mini refrigerator.
First and last months rent required to move in.
I have large dogs, cats, and chickens and prefer no other pets.
No smoking anything, no alcohol/drug abuse, and clean background check required.
Must have your own car, and a full time job unless you are retired.
If you are retired, you still need to have your own car, a clean record, no drug or alcohol abuse & reliable income to cover your rent with ease.
