The available rooms are 9'4"x13" and 9'4"x11" (this room is only $1200) plus the closet space and the space for the bedroom door to swing open. It has plenty of room for a queen bed, dresser, desk, etc. There is also a desk and chair in the downstairs office that can be used if you work from home and would prefer to not work in your room. Plenty of other work-from-home spots in the house, including on either of the two roof decks. The photos show the first and second floors. I can provide additional bedroom or roof deck photos and videos as well.
I have supplied all common area furnishings and a big television and surround sound for the living room and all kitchen wares. The furnishings for your bedroom would be your responsibility. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, Cross Street market, inner harbor, stadiums, etc. Very close to two grocery stores. It is located on Covington Street between Cross and Gittings.
This house is all you could ask for in Federal Hill and more. The utilities are not included and they typically run about $140 per person. We have a maid service that comes and cleans everything except the bedrooms. I pay their full fee, so it would be free to you.
The roommates work hard during the week, chill most weeknights, and go out on weekends, though it is not really a party house vibe if you're looking for that. Please reply with your interest and we can schedule a time to see the house. Thanks!
