I have a two bedroom house I am renting out my upstairs bedroom. The room is 480.00 a month the security deposit is 50.00 my home is 420 friendly. I do not allow couples and I don’t rent to men. I do have a little dog I also so live in this home. As well please if u do not clean up behind urself plz don’t leave me a message. If u can’t afford to pay ur rent please don’t send me a message.
