I have a large master bedroom for rent . It already has a queen bed in the room, all you need is a TV. Air conditioning, all utilities included, just minutes away from Catonsville, UMBC, wifi, looking for a professional male or female,, non-smoker, drug free ,clean, stable. Must have a Professional / decent job. Able to pay rent on time. First months rent and last months rent are both due before moving in. About me, I am a professional male I live in the apartment myself in the other room, I work Monday through Friday during the daytime, I enjoyed quiet evenings at home, we would share the bathroom and kitchen and other common areas. It's a smaller updated apartment with limited storage space. Just looking for a chill and clean roommate. I pretty much stay to myself. Not into much drama . I like peace.
