Hey everyone! I'm a graduate student who's found this great row house right next to the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, and I'm looking to connect with some awesome people to share it with.
**About me:**
I'm in grad school and totally get the whole balancing act of academics, research, and trying to have some semblance of a social life. I'm pretty laid-back but also serious about my studies, so I'm hoping to find roommates who understand that dynamic - sometimes you need quiet time to focus, but it's also nice to have people around who get what you're going through.
**The place:**
This row house is honestly in such a perfect spot. Being right next to campus means you can literally roll out of bed and make it to class or the library in minutes. No more stressing about parking permits or dealing with Baltimore traffic when you're already running late. The location alone makes this place worth it.
**What you're getting:**
I'm looking at around $550 per person with all utilities included, which is pretty incredible for this area. When you factor in that you don't have to worry about electric bills, heating costs, internet, or any of that other stuff, it's really a solid deal. Plus, being so close to campus means you're saving on transportation costs too.
**Who I'm hoping to live with:**
Ideally, I'd love to find other grad students or serious undergrads who understand the academic lifestyle. People who are responsible with shared spaces, respectful about noise levels during crunch times, but also up for the occasional study break or group dinner. I think there's something really valuable about living with people who are in similar stages of life.
**The setup:**
Row houses have their own character - usually good-sized rooms, shared common areas that are actually functional, and often some outdoor space. I'm still finalizing all the details, but I wanted to start connecting with potential roommates early since good housing near Hopkins goes fast.
**Next steps:**
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, shoot me a message! Tell me a bit about yourself - what you're studying, what kind of living situation you're looking for, whether you're more of a night owl or early bird, that sort of thing. I'd love to chat and see if we'd be a good fit as housemates.
Looking forward to potentially building a great little academic community together!
