Looking for one roommate to share a beautiful, 2000 sq ft, recently renovated townhome in the Patterson Place neighborhood. 3 other current residents are young female professionals. You would be just steps away from the gorgeous Patterson Park, numerous eateries and an easy walk to Johns Hopkins Medical Center. Pictures of the bedroom will be uploaded in the coming days.

The bedroom is located in the fully furnished basement with a full sized window. The room has a full sized bed, a large dresser, an oversized nightstand, and plenty of wall shelving. There is closet space both inside the bedroom as well as an extra Ikea wardrobe right outside the room for your use. Next to the bedroom, also in the basement, is a bonus living area with a TV, minifridge, and desk (more pictures to come) which the other residents seldom use due to there also being a living room on the main floor. You would be welcome to make the most out of this space. There is a full bathroom in the basement for your use, though 1 of the roommates will share the shower with you (she has her own half bath upstairs).

You would be sharing the common spaces with a very friendly dog (golden retriever) and cat. The dog is never left in the common areas when i'm not home, and the cat very much keeps to himself. Unfortunately, no other pets can be accommodated.

Utilities are not included, and are split between all residents of the home. They generally come to about $100 per person, per month. If you're interested, I'd love to show you around. Please reach out with some info about yourself including what you're currently doing for work/school, when you'd be looking to move in, and how long you'd be looking to stay.
