I am an artist/musician/small business owner who spends a lot of time at the house, the other housemate is a theoretical math student who is at school most of the day. Garbonzo is an aloof cat who does not play well with other pets. We are looking for a kind, conscientious housemate to join our home. We value someone who cleans up after themselves and works outside the house.
$650/month plus 1/3 of monthly bills (usually about $150 each). $950 deposit and first months rent to move in.
