Hello there! I'm a 29-year-old nonsmoker seeking a M or F in their late 20s or early 30s to share a two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in Canton Square. Direct access to the roof deck and a complete private bathroom are features of your accommodation.

This past fall, I, a high school teacher, relocated to Baltimore. I try my best to maintain a low-key and tidy appearance at home, but I go out a lot on the weekends. Seeking a capable communicator who is tidy, accountable (i.e., eager to assist with routine household tasks), and receptive to forming new friendships. I'm currently setting up and decorating, but I'm open to suggestions on how to make it look nicer! You would also need to submit an application to the landlord in order to join the lease. I don't currently have any pets, but if the landlord approves and I receive a deposit, I would welcome cats!
