The environment is quiet, clean, and suited for mature individuals. No smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking are permitted. Frequent guests are not allowed per the guest policy, and all residents are expected to help with cleaning.
The current housemates are stable, employed individuals who have lived there long-term.
Amenities include good Wi-Fi, laundry, a shared kitchen, and a bathroom shared with a maximum of three other people. A bed is optional. There are two refrigerators—you would share one with one other person. A microwave is also provided.
A security deposit of $250 is required, along with completing an online background check. While bad credit is acceptable, preference is given to those with a good rental history, which will be verified. Income will also be verified.
