The entire second story will be yours, complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and private bedroom.

No excessive number of guests or couples. I study Chinese and law, enjoy gardening, and travel frequently.

Guidelines

2. A minimum of 12 months of employment with the current company. Not laid off.
3. The minimum wage is $20 per hour, or $38,400 per year.
4. No smokers or users of any form of drug or substance, including marijuana.
