Hello! Up for rent is a furnished (desk, chair, queen bed & mattress, bedside table or partially furnished - up to you) very sunny room in my Reservoir Hill home. We are two blocks from Druid Hill Park (the house`s best feature, in my opinion) and are located very near to German Park and the Whitelock Community Farm. There are two small friendly dogs & three cats in the house. There are two full bathrooms & a washer/dryer located on the second floor near the bedrooms. Everything was renovated and updated in 2019. Lease options are flexible. We are considerate, quiet and responsible. Interests include animals, biking, camping, gardening, & being outside, in general :) A well-behaved dog/cat is welcome though the cat would have to remain in your room as one of the current cats is not cat-friendly. A pet deposit would be required if you bring a pet. A security deposit of one month`s rent is also required.

Parking is on street and is never an issue. We are also very close to the bus & a minute from 83 by car. Internet is included, but gas and water are not -- they are split evenly & we strive to keep bills low (i.e. turning off lights when leaving a room).

**Finally, and this is very important, we are a vegetarian household so eggs, cheese & milk are fine, but fish and meat are not. No smoking of any kind. We are also two women, so another woman is preferred. Please email for more info. Thank you!
