Kind of comical , you are with your point of view and nonsense pictures. Having rented for years before I was able to build my credit and save a few dollars before finally buying a home for my family, I learned a few things. First is you get what you pay for. If you don't have much money, you can still find a decent place even with its problems. It's in the landlords best interest to have a property which is kept in decent condition. Every landlord I rented from was more than willing to pay for materials and give a few bucks off of the rent for painting , lawn cutting and the like. We both benefitted. If you don't pay the rent when due, what do you expect ? If you plug up a drain and blame the landlord, you're an idiot, There's no magic to it. Taxes, insurance, water, sewer and maybe a mortgage need to come from the rent first. If you add those up , you'll see there's not a boatload of money left. Miss a month of rent and you quickly become burden. There's no excuse for filth either. Clean it up and show some personal pride. It reflects more on who you are than the landlord who is trying to rent an apartment in a shit hole neighborhood which you and your like have created. I sold my first house and purchased a two family. Got out of that as fast as I could after I met people like you. I never knew there were so many. I now have a nice single family home where I don't have to tow the line for anyone but myself. Maybe look at who you are and stop blaming others for not giving ,giving , giving. This is an example of our countries problems. Work with each other. Make it better.
