We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

We are proud to be a unique and diverse team. We expect all team members to simply, “come as you are” and we truly mean it. We are people who don’t fit into boxes and our “open door” policy is more of a “no door” policy. We like to talk to each other, share ideas, and collaborate. Throughout a regular workday, you’ll need to balance extreme attention to detail along with repetitive intervals of heavy lifting. You’ll also need to be able to function within the varying temperatures of the seasons, along with the usual dust and dirt found in this type of environment. You must also be okay with loud music, as we do tend to kick out the jams.

Job Description:

The daily workflow in the warehouse is a balance between individual tasks and larger projects, which requires the entire team to work together seamlessly. We rely on each other’s stellar organizational skills, good judgment, and thoroughness, to complete individual tasks, while also supporting and coordinating with other team members. The ability to prioritize and focus, while remaining adaptable to our constant growth and change, is essential. We put top value on clear and respectful communication between all team members. We truly are a team-oriented workplace and rely on input, effort, and support from each of us to be successful as a whole.
