POSITION SUMMARY:

**This is a REMOTE position. Candides MUST BE LOCAL to tend key onsite meetings and help facilite LBH hiring events, tend community events and university job fairs on behalf of the LifeBridge TA team.

Under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership, the Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and screening qualified applicants to develop an ongoing pipeline of passive and active candides using key sourcing techniques. Responsible for enhancements to applicant candide pools and hiring productivity. Provides administrive support to the Talent Acquisition team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Talent Sourcing: Engage in talent sourcing activities to identify passive and active talent for LifeBridge Health.

• Works with Talent Acquisition Consultants to identify candide requirements and expections. Utilizes stregies to support a high level of candide experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Sources candides through traditional and creive techniques to build talent pipelines, to include passive talent re-engagement, talent community engagement, candide pipeline management, utilizing various recruitment tools to include Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, social media, Emissary, etc.
• Research industry competitors and build market knowledge targets to understand talent markets to include diverse candide sles.
• Supports outreach for key initiives such as referrals, and rehires.
• Develop and maintain go-to-market stregies in addition to Talent Acquisition Consultant Sourcing efforts.

Recruitment Marketing: Provide support to Talent Acquisition team for Recruitment Marketing efforts.

• In Partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultant, supports audit efforts for external market postings and creive job posting enhancements.
• In partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants, supports/manages coordinion efforts of internal recruitment events, virtual hiring events, and external hiring events.
• Supports Recruitment Marketing efforts to include content creion, flier/social media generion,and vendor partner stregy support to include Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, AppCast, and more.

Hiring Event Support: Participes in recruitment events to introduce LifeBridge Health to potential candides.

• Develops and maintains professional relionships with community partners, and college and university offices as a source to genere applicants.
• Collabores with TA Consultants, WorkForce Development, LBH Councils, and leaders in the execution of job/career fairs.
• Crees networks within the healthcare industry and other community agencies/partners.

Talent Acquisition Admin Support: Supports TA team with recruitment reled administrive functions.

• Regularly tracks candide pipeline, submittals, hires and sourcing activity to share with TA leadership.
• Supports audit efforts for external market postings, and creive job posting enhancements.
• Provides timely follow up on candide stus, and maintains regular updes between Sourcing and stus of candides.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associe's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must have computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite (including intermedie Excel skills); ability to opere standard office equipment; work regularly within systems such as Applicant Tracking System, HRIS system, and other recruitment sourcing tools
