I need a Painter with at least 5 years of verifiable experience to paint resident houses in New Jersey. Must have own transportation, and at least to reference numbers. No drunkards or felons, second you will get paid once the job is complete. As grown adult I'm not trying to send a baby sitter to see if you completed the job ok second the job will be confirmed finish by a job agency and photos will be taken of the place once.
1 you must not leave any paint in any sinks (bad painters do this)
2 you must not use the toilets within the residential houses
3 you must not smoke don't even think about it inside the house (prefer non smokers)
4 you must not paint over the light fixtures
5 no paint on the floor or on any cabinets
Ok so now you know we are seeking a very good painter alright for New Jersey houses pay is per job we are letting go of painters for no following to the above rules
