My name is Joshua Tudor, and I am the Director of the HVAC Program at North American Trade Schools in Baltimore. I am reaching out to invite your company to become one of our industry training partners.
Our fourth-quarter HVAC students are nearing graduation and have completed the majority of their classroom and lab instruction under the guidance of licensed Maryland Master HVAC professionals. We are looking for reputable contractors willing to allow these students to accompany their technicians on real service calls and installation projects to gain valuable real-world experience before entering the workforce.
There is no labor cost to your company. Students are participating strictly as part of their educational training, and their liability is covered through their education agreement with North American Trade Schools. The goal is to expose students to the day-to-day operations of the HVAC industry while helping employers evaluate potential future employees.
