My name is Joshua Tudor, and I am the Director of the HVAC Program at North American Trade Schools in Baltimore. I am reaching out to invite your company to become one of our industry training partners.
Our fourth-quarter HVAC students are nearing graduation and have completed the majority of their classroom and lab instruction under the guidance of licensed Maryland Master HVAC professionals. We are looking for reputable contractors willing to allow these students to accompany their technicians on real service calls and installation projects to gain valuable real-world experience before entering the workforce.
There is no labor cost to your company. Students are participating strictly as part of their educational training, and their liability is covered through their education agreement with North American Trade Schools. The goal is to expose students to the day-to-day operations of the HVAC industry while helping employers evaluate potential future employees.
This partnership offers several benefits:
Help develop the next generation of skilled HVAC technicians.
Meet and evaluate prospective employees before they graduate.
Support the local skilled trades community.
Receive an extra set of hands for observation and supervised learning at no labor cost.
Our HVAC program is taught by licensed Maryland Master HVAC professionals and is focused on preparing students to enter the workforce with the knowledge, professionalism, and practical skills employers expect.
If your company is interested in partnering with us or would like to discuss the program further, I would be happy to meet with you or answer any questions.
Thank you for your time and for supporting the future of our industry.
Sincerely,
Joshua Tudor
