I took in new contracts, reached out to agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and coordinated all aspects of the closing while answering a multi-line phone system and serving as the receptionist for a busy title office.
Ordered title searches, obtained Estate, Trust and corporate documents, pulled deeds from the land records, searched for tax liens and discrepancies in the chain of title. Entered all pertinent data from the contracts into the computer system with accuracy.
