I have sold equipment and installed over 55 turnkey stores including complete store set up with training and generally arrange financing..Location is a Big factor of course. I Sold The Average Dryclean Store For Around 150 to 200 Thousand or More. I Have built Dryclean Coin Laundrys And Restaurants in 33 States.I am One of the few that offers the whole package. We do much more than just equipment sales. We do turnkey stores and training. We also do the complete construction of buildout, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, and i do the drawings for permits..that allows us to offer a package cheaper because others have to hire different trades with overhead to each trade.. Tide Dryclean Franchises and other large franchise companies do not provide all of the services we do..We Are not limited to the Washington D.C. Area..I have been building for over 40 years. The Tide Franchise Stores in Some Areas Of The Country Require their customers to have liquid assets of 500 thousand to 2 million and charge the customers franchise fees plus a percentage of net profit weekly. I dont charge franchise fees or require net profit and can sell the same package for 450,000 Dollars Or More. I built a similar store in the Washington D.C Area that sold for 8 million after 3 years in operation..that was before the covid problem changed the business in certain areas.Phoenix Arizona is doing high numbers if you check that out..I generally could get funding for the average person with a 700 or higher score on average stores
Other Good areas for locations are in Florida, Dallas Texas Area and West Areas Are Building Alot Of Commercial Construction. I Build And Do Commercial Machinery And Equipment Moving With Or Without Installation. For 500 to 1000 Dollars An Hour Or More..The Benefit And Selling Point Of Going With Us Is Building Owners Landlords Or Customers who dont want to hire separate companies to unhook electricity to equipment or to put the store or place 'if necessary' back into leasing condition if they do not have to. The machinery moving part can be started back up fairly easily. I Took A Single Dryclean Machine Out Of A Store For Less Than 3 Thousand Another Company Charged 10,000 For The Same Work. I stopped doing this work for a couple of years and i am seeking a company to work with doing either this type of work or something you or your company might have i can get involved in.
