compensation: Pay based on experience

Our growing real estate investment company is seeking to add an administrative support person to our team.

What You'll do daily:
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Answer phones, direct the callers
• Filing, Scanning, Sorting Documents
• Mail, e-mail and faxes
• Set and confirm appointments
• General clerical duties and administrative support

What You'll need:
• Some customer service experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of windows computers
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Proficient or better skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Office.
• A friendly, upbeat personality and a can-do attitude.
• The ability to be open to a flexible work schedule at times

Nice to have:
• Associate degree or some college
