Maintenance & Field Services Corrdinator (Cockeysville)

compensation: $15-$18/hour
employment type: part-time

We're looking for a motivated Field Service & Maintenance Representative that is detail oriented, possesses excellent communication skills and a self starter that can work independently while in the field.

Our Field Inspector conducts daily on-site reviews of residential properties, oversees a large number of properties throughout the greater Baltimore area and assists in various responsibilities all geared toward quality improvements in property management and the maintenance of properties

Field Service & Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Manage a weekly quota of properties to be inspected and reviewed which have been assigned by the internal team.
Verify Occupancy Status, including speaking to Occupants & Neighbors about the status of the property. Posting Notices and Meeting Occupants as needed.
Complete quality control inspections on ongoing construction projects.
Inspect for liabilities and hazards. Minor repairs and re-mediating hazards while at the property will be expected.
Photograph and Report Conditions of the Property.
Work efficiently to conclude all on-site visits on a daily basis
Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues
Operate vehicle(s) in a safe manner and effectively use field automation systems
Install / Remove Real Estate Yard Sign Posts, Panels as well as installing & removing lockboxes from properties for sale or rent
Adhere to company rules and regulations
Team up with colleagues and pass on valuable information

Field Service & Maintenance Coordinator Requirements Include:
Valid Drivers License with Excellent Driving History
Capability to manage and preserve technical equipment
Ability to easily acclimate to modified schedules
Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
Technology Proficient
Ability to lift at least 50lbs

Hours & Compensation:
Hours: Hours: 20 hours/week between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday

Compensation: Hourly - $15-$18 depending on Experience
