Supply Admininstrator (Baltimore)

compensation: Starting $12-15/hour based on experience
employment type: full-time

This role supports our Supply Warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: Enters, verifies, maintains and corrects data on the computer. Uses Microsoft Office programs, order management systems and various web applications. Creates all work assignments for warehouse personnel. Generates shipping, delivery, customer pick-up and labels for warehouse processing. Releases merchandise to customers and carriers. Processes receiving trailers, store request for goods not for sale and vendor displays. Receives and create transfers to send to customers. Manages direct to customer orders through multiple systems, email and phone correspondence. Verifies, maintains and audits issue tracker entries concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, damage and third-party labor
delivery issues.

Job description:
●Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
●Schedule delivery
●Log in receipts in Quick Books
●Send out estimates
●Prepare, send, collect documents to/from buyer
●Update customer’s database

Skills and Qualifications

●Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
●2-3 years of Administrative Assistant Experience
●Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
●Good communication and interpersonal skills
●Detailed oriented
