The Sales Representative reports to the Sales Manager, and is responsible for conducting a wide range of sales activities in support of the Sales Department and the company strategic plan.
The incumbent will work a non-standard schedule with Saturdays and night work. Job-related stress will range from minimal to high. Job-related contacts can occur with all demographic groups, with the majority of daily contacts being with potential or actual customers. You are not rquired to provide your own leads, leads will be issued to you from our company.
Representative Job duties include:
-Meet with potential customers in there homes to price out there project.
-Conducting post-sale follow-up with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished, and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the estimate.
-Maintaining a working relationship with service, installation, and all other Departments to ensure familiarity with services and products offered, and roles.
-Maintaining liaison with product representatives and local suppliers to stay abreast of product lines, promotions, trends and changes.
-Maintaining and improving his or her sales skills and home-improvement knowledge through self-study, product seminars, company training, and self-improvement courses.
-Maintaining written and electronic of sales-related leads, contacts, referrals, future opportunities, follow-ups, and key names and addresses.
-Participating in all sales/training related meetings.
-Participating in dealer and company sales promotions.
-Responding to written and telephone inquiries that are sales-related, or could lead to a sales-related dialogue.
-Conducting himself/herself in a professional manner to echo the ethical standards of the company.
-This is a commission paid position and can easily make up to 200K a year!
