Administrator for Residential Real Estate Sales team (Baltimore)

compensation: Salary of $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
employment type: full-time

Must have Maryland real estate license! Seeking highly organized and very detail-oriented person for long term employment as a licensed administrator position for a real estate sales team in Baltimore. A real estate license or 3+ years doing real estate admin is required.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

Deep understanding of sales contracts & listing agreements
Communication with clients
Making adjustments in the MLS
Database Management
Answering phones, transferring calls
Listing Management – Oversee all aspects of listing properties with our sales team
Manage our tracking systems
Work with admin / management team
Document management
Data entry
Provide support to our sales team
Qualifications include:

• *** A real estate license or 3+ years doing real estate admin
• Great inter-personal skills
• Positive and fun attitude
• Highly organized person
• Excellent attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional office setting as salaried employee
• Proficient in Gmail, Excel, Word, Outlook & Social Media
• Available full time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm

Compensation Package:

• Salary of $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
