This business is utterly disreputable. Don't waste your money like I did. The battery this guy installed failed immediately. He resisted replacing it under warranty but finally relented. The second battery failed just after the warranty ended. I ended up fixing it myself like I should have to start with. While fixing it, I found out the guy left out a bolt securing the battery case and rear seat. Also, the case was bent, slightly obstructing the air duct, and a temperature sensor clip was broken. These last two issues are minor and not consequential but the missing bolt is not. He also failed to replace the battery cover safety plug which was missing. And the bus bars were all corroded which one would not expect on a recently refurbished battery. Since the module I replaced was second from the end, I could do it without removing the entire battery from the car so there might be more issues with his work that I did not see. Also still, he was always trying to get me to upgrade to a much more expensive battery and just happen to have got (twice) an almost new one from a recently wrecked Prius that he wanted to sell me.
