price is for the set. all 4 tires are useable, but i would say 3 of them are "good". one tire is questionable if it has enough tread to pass inspection. but again all 4 are useable and 3 are very good. wheels are painted black with silver center caps. these wheels fit xj yj and a bunch of others from mid 90's to mid 2000's
