Black truck bed cap with windows. Came off of a 1995 Chevrolet k1500 Silverado with a 6 and 1/2 ft bed I believe it will Silverado or Cheyenne with a six and a half foot bed from 1988 to 1998 one of the shocks is missing that holds the back door open but it closes and opens fine and also there is a small leak in the back by the door
