The Orion 100 ED (Exceptional Dispersion Glass) is a beautiful scope perfect for day and night. For splitting double stars and planetary observation and daytime as a spotter. It resolves globular clusters into individual stars at 100X. I’ve owned this scope for 10 years . Overall excellent condition. Optics are clean and collimated. Tube has a few very minor marks.
Originally sold for $699 in 2010 but then you had to add the mounting rings, dovetail, 50mm finder, 20mm Plossl eypiece and 2” diagonal. Totaled over $1000
