O'Connor1030B Fluid Head with quarter inch screw camera mounting plate, balancing bubble and handle.
Both the legs and the head are in perfect working condition. And yeah, the O'Connor head is a bit of an overkill — especially with a DSLR camera, but when the cheaper Libec head crapped out this configuration provided me with rock solid camera support with sublimely smooth panning and tilting. It's just gotten a little heavy for me to lug around.
