Duties
Provide administrative support, including calendar management and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
Manage inventory and incoming supplies
Prepare project correspondence
Organize filing systems and maintain records for easy retrieval of information.
Assist human resource manager with paperwork for prospective employees.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.
