Successful real estate company is seeking a friendly professional Front Desk Administrator to work in our Silver Spring office. This is a full time position and the work schedule is 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of one-year Administrative/Front Desk experience in a real estate firm or a similar environment. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive positive demeanor and be a true team player.
Will greet agents, clients, staff, and visitors at the front desk reception area. Direct inquiries to the appropriate person(s). Answer, direct, and transfer calls to the appropriate party. Receive faxes, courier deliveries, Fed-Ex/UPS delivers and promptly notify recipients of their arrival. Responsible for MLS listing files, including preparing files, maintaining listing inventory spreadsheets and processing of transactions on a paperless platform. Notify appropriate parties of expired and cancelled listings. Prepare files and update Excel spreadsheets. Keep office supplies stocked. Ensure that the office's Resource Room and Kitchen areas are kept well stocked and neatly organized. Report any maintenance problems to the appropriate person.
Possess an administrative backround with strong computer capabilities.

In office attendance in required.
Strong problem solving skills.
Highly efficient and organizational skills are a must.
Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
