Project Manager:
Currently seeking a Project Manager with at least 3-5 years experience in construction and demolition. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, a team-player with both excellent organizational and communication skills.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site-visits, walk-throughs, job inspections
• Ability to read, understand, and calculate blue prints, specs, schedules and any documents pertaining to the project.
• Ensure all documentation is in order and complete as required by contract.
• Serve as primary POC with Customer from beginning of project through job closure.
• Comply with company and jobsite safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintain up to date records pertaining to each job. (contract, schedule, POs, change orders, requests, etc.)
• Oversee project efforts in conjunction with management and field employees.
• Coordinating with management in planning, scheduling, and project execution to customer satisfaction.
• Interacting with customers on a daily basis regarding job progress, from start to finish.
• Computer, communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
