I am a IT engineer with multiple clients that I support. I am in need of a person who can do the following tasks as needed;
-- Daily StandUp --
At the beginning of the day, letting me know my agenda for the day.
Making sure I am in the office for the first meeting of the day.
-- Teams Chat --
Watching/Monitoring MS Teams chats (all communication channels) for any new chats
Being responsive to chats with attentiveness in a warm, friendly, positive, and helpful manner.
Responding to any chats while I am busy/away/engaged or alerting me to them
Typing up any dictation I need either during meetings or composing emails.
-- Calendar/Meetings/Schedule --
If I have a meeting scheduled on 1 calendar, update the other calendars with "busy" in that time slot so I am not overbooked.
Keeping calendars updated and preventing conflicts as much as possible
Working in coordinated effort with me during simulataneous meetings
Notifying me when I have a meeting and making sure I am on those meetings
Starting meetings when scheduled, keeping subtitles on and/or recording them
Taking notes of my actionable tasks during meetings
Keeping me on-task with the highest priority to-do
Keeping a running list of my "to-do" list for each job
-- TimeKeeping --
Weekly update to each timekeeping application - I will show you how to do this.
-- Training/Compliance trainings --
Taking my video training courses (they are not technical) to stay in compliance for each client
-- Outlook/Emails --
Reading through emails and flagging the ones that I need to respond to.
Archiving the emails that are "junk" or unimportant.
Responding to emails, as I dictate.
-- Tickets --
Submitting service tickets (I will train you on exactly what is needed)
Keeping me alerted to my ticket queue and the priorities
-- Other Duties as assigned --
Running errands to the house
If you have a valid driver's license I may request quick runs to local stores.

Decent typing speed, trying to mimic how I communicate
Coordination/Teamwork to work in unison with me on multiple items at same time
Keeping calm while juggling tasks
Focused and detail-oriented
Effective communication skills to prevent errors or miscommunication
Asking questions - if something is unclear, don't be shy about exposing your confusion.
- I am open to hourly, daily or weekly rates. Let me know you compensation requirements please.
The position requires being in the office (no remote) from 9am - 3pm M-F (I am flexible on the end-time of each day)
