Our office is open from 8am to 430PM...you would handle the scheduling of jobs from customer calls. We handle over 3,000 customers per year so you will be very busy making and answering phones...filling out customer information on ACT!...following up on proposals we give customers...handling customers with absolute "white gloves"...our customers deserve a person who will listen to them...follow up on their needs...schedule work in a timely manner...and keep meticulous records. Being a small office with just a handful of people you must be able to work with others in a professional manner.

You can be a new hire with limited experience...but you may also be a "returning to work" Mom after raising the children.
