Your primary duty will be to answer phone calls in a welcoming manner and be capable of explaining, quoting, and scheduling services for customers while at the same time assisting with the day to day activities of the office. Must work well in an office environment and be able to handle multiple requests. Duties such as office projects, sales, marketing, communications, and maintaining a professional looking environment within our common areas are all within the realm of possibility.
A little about our company:
We started in 2014 and specialize in exterior cleaning both residential and commercial. Our shop is located in Joppa, MD. We currently have two office personnel and four techs that work out in the field. We love to have fun all while working hard to exceed customer expectations. We are big on team building/bonding so we have quarterly (all expenses paid) outings where we go out with our families to do a fun activity together. Things that we are sticklers on are attitude, thoroughness, and punctuality. As long as you have a kind “can do attitude” you will fit right in with us. We have office procedures and metrics that we track as well as sale numbers for our office staff so its important that you are a hard worker and thorough. Lastly, we take being on time very serious, we have techs out in the field that need our support, therefore, we have a no tolerance policy for being tardy.
