Office experience and proficient computer and time management skills required. Flexible hours Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. The position is entry level.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications Include:

- Organizational & Time Management Skills
- Reporting, Administrative, Writing and Verbal Communication Skills and Good Command of the English Language

Some Responsibilities Include:

1. Answering Phones
2. Processing orders, invoicing, billing, accounts receivable.
3. Mailings & Logging of incoming and outgoing packages
4. Email communication.
5. Handling customer service calls and inquiries
6. Maintaining schedules
7. Maintain catalogs, price lists, sales materials etc.
8. Coordinate hotel and flight reservations when necessary
