Top performing Real Estate Broker/Owner looking for a full time Administrative/Personal Assistant. The
Personal Assistant must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, detailed oriented, motivated,
have a great personality and extensive communication skills when working with clients and industry
professionals.

This is an important support role. You must have strong communication, organizational, and exceptional computer skills to provide administrative support. This role provides personal and professional assistance to the broker. You will be a reflection of the broker and must present and maintain an exceptional "First Impression", and exude professionalism with all personnel, vendors, and clients. Punctuality and good attendance are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and heavy calendar management
• Communicate directly with broker's clients and industry professionals
• Prepare letters and reports
• Update databases with listings
• Maintain confidentiality when working with clients
• Follow up to maintain prospect and Buyer’s & Seller’s Client relationships.

Qualifications:
• Real Estate Experience a MUST
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• College degree helpful
• 2+years of administrative experience
• Must have superior skills in Microsoft Office Suite-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Social
Media
• Knowledge of Dotloop, RealVolve, Bright MLS System Helpful
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must have typing skills of 55wpm
• Reliable Transportation
