Marketing and Administrative Associate
Part time position 25 hours week, M-F 8am to 1pm.
Compensation: $20-$25 hourly (commensurate with experience)
We are a growing company seeking someone who shares our enthusiasm for fantastic customer service, wants to work in a positive environment and enjoys a fast pace.
• Social media management including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Web site (Wix) editing
• Web site SEO
• Some inside sales duties consisting of communicating with customers to ensure accurate delivery of
our product offerings and services
• Answer phones and communicate frequently with vendors, customers and suppliers
• Support Sales Team, Project Managers and field technicians
• Help with scheduling installations, deliveries and appointments
• Visit job sites periodically for social media promotions
• 3 to 5 years experience in administration and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Strong skill set with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational and communication skills
