Extremely busy Property Management Company & General Contractor expanding our operation and looking for our newest Team Member!

We are one of the largest third-party Property Management companies in the Baltimore Metropolitan are. We currently manage and perform work on 1000+ properties.

Maintenance Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager with managing the day to day operation of our extremely busy service department.

Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for performing, assisting, and or completing but not limited to the following tasks:

*Handle large volume of calls, emails, and texts and document all in detail in our custom software program.
*Create detailed accurate work orders.
*Download large number of pictures daily from technicians to our server.
*Assist with managing citations, code enforcement violations, inspection fail lists.
*Maintain constant communication with Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors.
*Accurately input detailed data into software program.
*Assign, dispatch, and route maintenance jobs to Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors.
*Manage keys for 800+ properties.

Must possess the following:

*Extremely organized and attention to details.
*Must possess more than above average computer skills computer programs such as Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Office, Outlook, Internet, scanning and ability to compose professional emails.
*3+ years of Property Management, Construction, Dispatching, Maintenance, and or Service experience.
*Ability to schedule and estimate technicians hours and requirements to complete jobs.
*Excellent people and communication skills.
*Property Management experience a huge plus.
*Must have exceptional people and communication skills.
*Must have exceptional customer service ability.
*Must have ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
*Experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs a plus.
