We are a growing real estate advisory and property management company managing residential and commercial units across the DMV area. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional individual to serve as a part-time Resident Coordinator for our portfolio. This position is primarily virtual — most duties are performed remotely from your own home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Approx. 12–20 hrs/week — Primarily Remote):
Handle tenant inquiries and routine communications via phone and email
Track and report maintenance requests to the management team
Assist with document coordination using Gmail and DocuSign
Conduct occasional in-person property walkthroughs as needed (DC/Maryland area)
Support lease compliance monitoring and basic record keeping
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have a reliable personal laptop with internet access
Basic smartphone/email proficiency (Gmail, DocuSign a plus)
Prior property management, customer service, or administrative experience preferred — but not required
COMPENSATION:
$400/month base stipend
Bonus opportunities available — earn an additional $500–$1,000/month based on performance
